TurboKOOL®Limited Warranty TurboKOOL evaporative coolers are warranted to be free from defect in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of their original retail purchase. If any part of the TurboKOOL unit fails to conform to this warranty, we will replace or repair it using new or refurbished parts. To obtain warranty service in the United States, you must return the defective part within the warranty period together with the original or a machine reproduction of a dated Proof-of-Purchase document identify-ing the TurboKOOL unit along with the unit’s serial number and a Return Authorization to PRV Parts, LLC, 1843 Stovall St., Bullhead City, AZ 86442. Replacement Parts Warranty: Unless otherwise specified, replacement parts are warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase (parts only).
